We are looking for a highly motivated professional to assist in the science communication projects and activities develop by González Lab and the science outreach platform La Ciència Al Teu Mòn.
Tasks
Among other tasks, the Communication assistant will:
Coordinate the participants and the activities of a citizen science project
Coordinate the participants and activities of two international research networks
Website and social media management
Logistics and coordination of outreach and scientific events
Contact with the media and other interested parties
Requeriments
- English, Catalan and Spanish speaking and writing
- Experience in project management
- Proactive attitude
- Social networks skills will be valued but not indispensable.
- Biology studies will be valued but definitely not indispensable.
- Good social skills
We offer
A partial time (20 hours/week) one year contract
